If you're not completely satisfied with Bristolleather.com purchase, please return it to us within 21 days for a refund. Items must be in original new condition (not worn, not washed, not altered) and must still have all tags attached. Items returned without tags or that are not in original condition may not qualify for a refund. All made-to-measure/custom orders are non-refundable. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on incorrectly sized garments unless they have been measured in-house by our tailor.
To return an item purchased at Bristolleather.com, simply follow the return instructions on the order invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include the return form and a copy of the invoice in an appropriate shipping box. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When returning your Bristolleather.com, please be sure to ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Bristolleather.com cannot accept responsibility for packages not properly shipped. Please keep the tracking details for your records. Bristolleather.com does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return and will be credited to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional days to process the credit before posting to your account.
Items purchased on Sale or Clearance can only be returned for an online credit note, no exceptions.

We will happily accept your return or exchange of product in original condition with all tags attached when accompanied by a receipt within 21 days of purchase at our Bristol Leather location. All made-to-measure, custom, sale and clearance orders are non-refundable and are final sale.
